Please send us the following, by mail or fax. If you fax your materials, we can process your application for admission, but you must also mail us the original documents.

Application fee of US$30 (non-refundable). No other payment is required until you register for classes.
Education records (please send original documents or notarized copies):
- Applicants to High School Completion Program: high school transcript
- Applications to Intensive English Program or to academic programs: proof of high school graduation or university/college attendance Note: The IEP is open to high school students summer quarter (June - August).
- For direct admission to college-level classes, proof of English proficiency
Original, current bank statement showing sufficient funds to cover all expenses for the first academic year - US$16,167 for academics (university transfer, professional-technical or high school completion), US$14,778 for the Intensive English Program. For shorter periods of studies, students can show less in available funds; see Tuition & Fees.
Applicants who will have a U.S. sponsor please submit Form I-134, Affidavit of Support, filled out by U.S. sponsor. Download the form at http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-134.pdf
Applicants under 18 years of age must submit a Liability Release. Students must be at least 16 by the first day of instruction.
Students transferring to Pierce College from another US school please submit a Transfer In Form.

We will return original documents to unsuccessful applicants on request.

When we have received these materials, we will determine your eligibility. If admitted, you will receive a letter of acceptance and an I-20 form (as required by the U.S. Bureau of Immigration and Citizenship Services) by mail.
