Enhanced Technology (Sub-Group Training) Meeting

Purpose of this Meeting: Follow up with tasks assigned at our 4/7/05 subgroup training meeting

Attendees: Jim Butler, Kathleen Beaumont, Brian Benedetti

Decisions:

• We determined which Ft.Steil. classrooms had near identical equipment and we grouped them together and assigned a person to teach the technology for those rooms. They are as follows:
  • Brian will teach room group: 0325-0329
  • Jim will teach room group: 0102, 0202, 0203, 0205, 0303, 0305, C320 and C221
  • Kathleen will teach room group: S112, S120, S121
  • Brian will teach room S116
  • Ryan will teach room C404 (need to ask him to be sure he will do this)
  • Jim will teach room S115
• We need to make an instruction sheet template with some blank pages to update by hand.
• Training will be at the end of May

Action Items:

• Brian will ask Denny to group Puyallup rooms A138, L108 ,Lecture Hall L244, L206, C176, C172, C102, C104, C278, C276, C274, C270, C252, & C250 and work out an assignment with Denny, Kandee, Amanda, and Jon
• Brian will draft the email and send it out to our group first.
• Jim will update his instruction sheets.
• Brian will post the next meeting for mid-May
• Kathleen will update us on the instructors teaching in these rooms for summer quarter and have this for us by the next meeting.
