Enhanced Technology (Sub-Group Training) Meeting

Purpose of this Meeting: Follow up with tasks assigned at our 4/19/05 subgroup training meeting

Attendees: Jim Butler, Kathleen Beaumont, Ryan Todd, Brian Benedetti

Decisions:

• Kathleen gave us a list off the SMS of all the instructors teaching in the media equipped rooms for the summer and we will each send out an email to the instructors using the rooms we previously agreed to teach.
• Jim is in the process of printing out instruction sheets.
• Denny has not yet given us the assignments for Puyallup classrooms, we will see if Kandee will do this instead.
• Training will be at the last week of May and then again the first week of classes

Action Items:

• We will each send out emails advertising our training to the instructors using the rooms that were assigned to us.
• Brian will send a global email out to the FS campus telling training times (in case rooms get switched for instructors...so no one gets missed) .
• Jim will complete his instruction sheets.
• Brian will contact Kandee to see if she can group together the Puyallup classrooms
