User Instructions

• Pointing the Panasonic Plasma Remote to the front of the rack (NOT toward the plazma panel) press the Red Button to turn it on.
  
  
  

• With the Polycom Remote, enter the phone # of your destination site. (You may need to delete the previous number that was used by pressing the 'Delete' key on the remote).
  
  
• Press the green "Call" button to make a call.
  
  
  

• With the Polycom Remote press "Far" to control the destination remote camera.
  
  
  
  
• Press the red direction arrows to pan the camera at the remote site.
  
  
  
  
• Press the Blue buttons to Zoom
  
  
  
  

• For the Instructor Station:
  • Press the gray microphone button located on the top of the instructor desk (the green light will come on).
    
    
    
  • To Mute - Press the gray button again so the green light goes off.
  
  
  
• For the Student Stations:
  • Press "Push" to activate the microphone. The light will stay on and it will be activated as long as the student is touching it. When they move their finger it will go back to mute.
    
    
    
    

• Turn the projector on using the green button on the "Far Site Projector" remote.
  
  
  
  

• Using the Polycom Remote press the "Graphics" button and it will send whatever source you selected on the Extron Panel System 7SC.
  
  
  
  

• Press the Red "Hang Up" button on the Polycom Remote.
  
  
  
  
• Turn off the Plazma Panel by pressing the red button on the Plazma Remote.
  
  
  
  
• Turn off the Far Site Projector by pressing the green button TWICE on the Far Site Projector Remote.
  
  
  
  
• Turn off the local projector by pressing and holding for 3 seconds the Display Power button on the Extron System 7SC.
