PowerPoint offers a variety of templates that set the look and feel of your presentation. You can choose and change them at any time. You can even create your own. |

Adding a Template to an existing slide show. | |

If your PowerPoint presentation is already opened, go to the menubar and click on Format > Apply Design Template. You will see several choices of presentation designs. You can use the scroll bar to see even more. If you single click on each name, you will see a sample of it on the right. When you see one you want to use, double-click on it or click the Apply button.

When you first open PowerPoint, it will give you the option to do several things. To apply a template, click next to "Design Template".
Next, click on the design template that you want and click OK.
Choose an AutoLayout and click OK.
If at anytime you decide to change the template, just follow the steps above, "Adding a Template to an existing slide show".
