On your menubar click File then Export Movie.

At Export, choose "Quicktime".

Under Formats, choose "CDROM Movie"

Click Export

Name it and save it to the Desktop

Go to the desktop and double-click your movie to play it.

When you get to the end of your movie, Push the Stop button.
