on "Control Panel" |

When
you are in your Blackboard website, as an instructor you will see
a Control Panel button on the lower left of the screen.
*Note
- Only you as the instructor will have this button. Students
do not have access to it.

Click
on the "Page Editor" button |
| |
You will have several buttons to choose from. The Page Editor is
where you will input your course content.

Click
on the Announcements Editor
- Where
it says "New Announcement", type in a message that you
want to give your students.
- Click
Submit Announcements

Click on the "Return to Course" button
This
will let you see your message in the same way your students will
see it.

 |
To modify
your announcement, go back to the Announcements Editor.
- Scroll
down and click on "Modify" or "Remove"
