Have a question? You can use the "chat box" on this page or your favorite Instant Messaging service to talk live with a librarian at Pierce College. Hours and Availability

You should be able to contact a librarian through our instant messaging service from 8AM - 9PM Monday through Thursday; 8AM - 3PM Friday; and 12PM - 5PM Saturday. Sometimes, we won't be available if we're teaching a class, helping a student, or on a lunch break.

Setting up an account

If you want to use the service quickly, you can enter your name in the "edit nickname" field before sending your IM. If you have an existing IM account, you can add our screen name to your contact list.
