Need to put books, articles or videos on reserve?

Putting an item on reserve ensures that a large number of people will be able to quickly access high need, high use, or one of a kind items.

Please submit your requests at least 4 DAYS in advance at the start of a quarter due to the high volume of requests. During the quarter, please allow AT LEAST 24 HOURS processing time. Approximately 1,000 items are put on reserve each year.

Copyright

Knowing if your materials meet copyright requirements can be confusing. We can help! Hard copy reserves must be legally owned by the library or the instructor. E-reserves must meet "fair use" and other permission requirments. See the Electronic Reserves Information Sheet or contact us for more details.
