The major homework for attending the spring workshops is to read “The Phenomenon of Information Literacy” by Christine Bruce. Be warned, this is a BIG file.
Also–
Program Track people - bring basic institutional information that you have on hand (i.e. library instruction statistics, instructional org chart, description of library instruction program, budget or $ spent on library program, etc.)
Teacher Track people - bring an instructional scenario to work on
Most likely, if Teacher and Program Track people come together from the same school, the Teacher track people will join the Program Track for this day’s work.
