The Puyallup library replaced its old printers with three new duplex printers! They are set up to print on both sides of a sheet to be more efficient and save resources. Students have the option of printing one-side only if they wish. Library staff is happy to help if you have any questions.

The MLA citation style changed this past spring, and all citations now look different! Select the “Citing Sources” link to your left for handouts, examples of works cited pages and in-text citations, and sample papers.

The library has trial subscriptions to four databases, including two in nursing, one in psychology and one in current events. Test them out by scrolling to the bottom of the “Articles & Databases” page and let us know what you think!

The library has changed its hours beginning fall quarter. We will be closed on Saturdays and will close at 2PM on Fridays. For a complete list of hours, including special days we will be open or closed during the fall, click on the link “Hours & Locations” under the ABOUT section to your left.

The library has Campus Research to its list of databases. Campus Research contains news and business information and law-related resources. Select the link for “Articles and Databases” to your left and find the database located in the section titled Business, Economics & Law.

The library’s newest database, The New York Times Historical Newspapers, has articles going back to 1861. You can even see the pages as they originally appeared! We have also upgraded EBSCO to Academic Search Complete, which has full-text articles from more than 7,000 periodicals. Select “Articles & Databases” to your left to explore these resources.
