- Attendance at all sessions is mandatory, you must pre-arrange with the Instructor and EMS Coordinator to make up any missed days.
- No more than 8 hours of instruction can be made up.
- Since this is a 3-course series, it is imperative that students work closely with the EMS Coordinator regarding the sequence of registration dates to ensure continued availability of classes.

Military personnel using Tuition Assistance:
- Register through the GoArmyEd or Air Force Virtual Education Portal and
AND
- Email or Fax prerequisites to EMS Coordinator
Students must meet and submit all prerequisites listed below,
Prerequisites:
- Copy of Drivers License
- Shot records with proof of current MMR and TB tine test (taken within one year)
- Proof of either Professional Rescuer or HealthCare Provider CPR course
- (HealthCare Provider CPR course will be offered just prior to each session)
Reading Placement Exam score or proof of college level reading
Student must be 18 years of age or older
Additional Requirements: Stethoscope and pocket masks are required lab supplies for this course.
Information on purchase locations will be available at the first class session.
