Enrollment Procedures for OnLine classes

Active Duty Army, using Tutition Assistance, must enroll through the GoArmyed Portal.

1. Choose your intended course from Military Program OnLine Course list.
2. Verify the following:
   
   • You have met all prerequisites for the course (click on course to see description and requirements)
   • The course meets your needs (see your supporting military Education Service counselor for guidance)
3. Download and print the Mail-in/Fax Registration Form and complete as indicated below.
4. Upon completion of Pierce College processing, you will be e-mailed with:
   • Website to find your course
   • UserName and Password information
   • Information on obtaining additional information
   • Information regarding your text book.
     You will order your book here.

1. QUARTER = As indicated on Course Offering page
2. YEAR = 2008
3. STATUS = NEW (only if NEVER taken a Pierce class); otherwise FORMER
4. STUDENT ID = Social Security Number if new or Pierce College if returning/current
5. NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE = Self explanatory (please print clearly using CAPITAL letters!)
6. You MUST provide a valid e-mail address!
7. Mark all check boxes as appropriate
8. CLASS SCHEDULE (See printed or on-line schedule)
9. ITEM NO. = From column 1
10. COURSE DEPT & NO. = COURSE from column 2 (example: ACCNT 101)
11. CRE = 5
12. ROOM = leave blank
13. CIRCLE DAYS = leave blank
14. TIME = leave blank
15. AMOUNT = TOTAL CREDITS x $79.92
16. Sign and date your enrollment form
17. If paying by Credit Card, mark appropriate box and fill in required information
    NOTE: Please include the CVV number (the last three digits on the back of VISA and MasterCards)
18. If paying by Check, make check payable to Pierce College
19. NOTE: Be sure to include a valid e-mail address with your application for contact purposes

You must then either:

• FAX your enrollment form to Pierce College at (253) 964-6729
• or to the alternate fax number of (253) 584-9348
• Mail to:
