Services requiring your Student ID (SID) and Inquiry or Registration Access Code are available 4 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 24 hour access available Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

When you start at Pierce College, you are assigned a default inquiry PIN number: your birth date in the form mmddyy. For security reasons, you should change your inquiry PIN to another four- to six-digit number.

Only authorized users may access services which require an SID and PIN. By logging into these services, you are certifying that the SID and PIN belong to you. Logging in with someone else's information constitutes improper use of this system and is a violation of state and federal law.

How to Access Your Student Email Account

Login to your Google mail account

Have you heard Pierce College has moved the entire student email system to Google?

“Why?” you ask. Because it will cost the student body $0, and give students more benefits than the current system.

Some of the benefits:

  • The power of Google (if you already have a GMAIL account, you know what we mean);
  • Your own personal calendar, which you can share with friends;
  • Chat capabilities;
  • Auto-forwarding of your student email to another email account;
  • The option of a default language for your email account;
  • Your entire account is completely configurable, including your own personal home page.

The student email address for "John Q. Doe" will look similiar to: jdoe9999@smail.pcd.edu.
