Effective Summer Quarter 2008! We are pleased to introduce Common Course Numbering (CCN). To see more information about the Common Course Numbering project, click here. To see a complete crosswalk listing that shows old course numbers and new course numbers, click here. New Online Advising Tools! Matrix - Searchable Courses by Discipline and TimeThis tool allows students to search for a course by time of day, within Location and/or Discipline. This helps in finding a course to fit a specific time, when planning a class schedule for the Quarter. OCA - Online CatalogThis site allows Pierce College students to access program information, course information (including course content and course abilities), and the current syllabi for most courses. A PDF of the 2007-2008 College Catalog (10 mb) is also available. The PDF is the official version of the college catalog. Also see the general requirements for Associate degrees QCAT -Quarterly Course ScheduleThis is a course search tool that you can use to see which campuses have the classes that you need, and if there is space available in those classes. Log in to your student email accountNew Student Email System Fall Quarter 2008 - As of August 18, 2008 we will be shutting down the current student email system because it will be moving to a new vendor. The new system will have a lot more features and capabilities -- e.g., a built-in Calendar, Web-based document editing and sharing, etc. The new student email system will be available before the start of Fall Quarter. Check back to this site for updates. Effective Fall Quarter 2007 - Pierce College District will use the Student Email System as the official means of communications with our students. Apply onlineApplicants to our Dental Hygiene and Veterinary Technology programs, as well as Running Start and International students, may not use the online Admissions Form because of special admissions processes. [info about admission] ONLINE APPLICATION NOTE: Apply to the location where you plan on taking the majority of your courses, you can still take classes at either college. Please do not apply to both Fort Steilacoom and Puyallup! |
