Find your advisor

Each student has a different academic advisor, depending on their program. Find yours here. You can also check faculty advisors office and advising hours.

Check availability of classes by number

If you know the course number, find out when and where it's offered, as well as if there is space available or if it has been cancelled.

Schedule planner

The schedule planner tool can help you find the classes that will work best with your schedule. Simply input the classes you wish to take and the times you are available, and it will develop a sample schedule for you to consider.

eCatalog

Access program and course information, and most current syllabi, online. (A PDF version of the official college catalog is also available.)

eSchedule

Search an online version of the class schedule for the current quarter. You can search for specific classes by campus, day, start time, instructor, number of credits, and more.

Matrix

Search for Pierce College courses by the time of day, location, or field of study.

Student ID (SID)

Services requiring your Student ID (SID) and Inquiry or Registration Access Code are available 4 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 24 hour access available Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Inquiry PIN Number

When you start at Pierce College, you are assigned a default inquiry PIN number: your birth date in the form mmddyy. For security reasons, you should change your inquiry PIN to another four- to six-digit number.

Only authorized users may access services which require an SID and PIN. By logging into these services, you are certifying that the SID and PIN belong to you. Logging in with someone else's information constitutes improper use of this system and is a violation of state and federal law.

Registration Access Code

Your Registration Access Code (RAC) is not the same as your Inquiry PIN, which is used to get your grades, registration time, and other services. You must contact your advisor each quarter for your RAC.
