Services requiring your Student ID (SID) and Inquiry or Registration Access Code are available 4 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 24 hour access available Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

When you start at Pierce College, you are assigned a default inquiry PIN number: your birth date in the form mmddyy. For security reasons, you should change your inquiry PIN to another four- to six-digit number.

Only authorized users may access services which require an SID and PIN. By logging into these services, you are certifying that the SID and PIN belong to you. Logging in with someone else's information constitutes improper use of this system and is a violation of state and federal law.

Register for Classes
Online registration is available to register for Fort Steilacoom, Puyallup and Continuing Education classes.  You MUST meet with your Advisor to get your registration access code (RAC) to register online.

Check Class Availability by Item Number
Check class availability (if class is open, closed/filled, or cancelled) by entering item number.

Check Your Wait List Status
View your position on the wait list or delete your name from the wait list.

Check/Print Your Schedule
This tool allows you to view your schedule and also print a copy for your records.

Check Grades and Transcripts
This is for an unofficial copy of your transcript. If you need an official transcript, you must request it in writing. Download the transcript request form (requires Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or greater) or pick up a copy at the registration office.

Update Contact Info
This tool allows you to correct your contact information - i.e., address, telephone numbers, email address.

Change Your Inquiry PIN
Once you receive your pin you can go online to change it.
