Incident Reporting

Incidents on campus that may constitute a crime, student code of conduct violation, physical injury or an emergency should be reported immediately by any student, instructor, employee or visitor to Campus Safety by dialing: 

Upon receipt of a call, Campus Safety will respond immediately and provide whatever assistance is possible. Emergency assistance from law enforcement, fire or medical aid can be obtained by calling 911 from any pay telephone or 9-911 from any campus telephone.

Crimes reportable under the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act shall be made known to the campus community by the student newspapers, and this web site.

Report Forms 

Incident - Used to report confrontations, thefts, vehicle collisions, etc..

Accident - Used to report personal injuries.

Emergency Call Boxes are located throughout the college campuses and are connected directly to Campus Safety.
