Basketball practice begins on October 21

The 2002-2003 Raiders will begin practice for their men's and women's basketball teams on Monday, Oct. 21 at the Lakewood Community Center. The men's team will feature returning forward Terrance Troupe, returning guard Josh Mullins and returning point guard Darius Vaielua. In addition, the Raiders add an impressive recruiting class. The ladies begin the Tim Quiroz era, as the former assistant coach takes over the new group of young ladies, hungry to get out of the conference basement. Returners include guard Paula Pritchard, forward Natasha Rice and forward Ashley German. It should be a great new look for Raider Basketball.
