2007 Fall Season Outlook

Entering there second year in Puyallup, the Raiders Mens Soccer team will continue to build new tracks for the future. Coach Hicker and his staff have worked hard over the transition from last fall to bring in some outstanding talent. With only 2 returning players, there have been many new additions to the program. Chris Hanson, co-captain of the 2006 season, will work along side fellow returning teammate Kyle Slone to provide much needed sophomore leadership to the Raiders and their plans for a trip to the NWAACC Championships. New additions to the Raiders roster include SPSL 1ST team pick Jordan Hanson (Emerald Ridge) and Joey Fletcher (Graham Kapowsin), 1st team All-Narrows pick Seth Baker (Mount Tahoma), Peter Ortiz (Mount Tahoma), and Clarence Wright (Wilson), SPSL 2nd team pick Kyle Mikkelson (Emerald Ridge), and SPSL honorable mention Kyle Ritz (Sumner). Other key players include Chris Sherman (Emerald Ridge), Andy Cho (Rogers), Robbie Hines (Emerald Ridge), Anthony Elske (Rogers), and Ryan Edwards (Rogers).

In addition to some new faces, the program welcomes to the coaching staff 1st year assistant coach Rick Bowen and 1st year keeper coach Paolo Mottola. Coach Hicker returns for his 4th year coaching with Raiders and enters his 2nd year as head coach.

Raiders Soccer offers free mini clinics!

*In addition to Saturday home matches, the Raiders will be offering free mini-clinics! These clinics are open to players of the age 9-15. Clinics will run from 12:30pm - 1:15pm. Registration will begin at 12:00pm. Come out and train with the Raiders and stick around to watch the game!
