Recruiting philosophy
Head Coach Mark Edmonston and Assistant Coaches Jerry Lerum and Tiffany Qualls believe establishing a great team is not necessarily about recruiting great athletes; it is about recruiting the right people. The right person is someone who will produce in the clutch and win for no other reason than they cannot stand to see their teammates disappointed.
