The rule of thirds is somewhat followed.	Video consistently maintains good headroom and leadroom. Subjects adhere to good composition, such as aligned with the rule of thirds.
Uses correct technical attributes.	Video has poor tonal range. Camera work is not smooth. Panning is jerky. Audio levels are too loud or too soft. White balance is off.	Video has good tonal range. Camera work is often smooth. Panning is somewhat jerky. Audio levels are sometimes accurate.	Video has good tonal range. Camera work is smooth. Audio levels are accurate. Lighting is effective.
Project makes an intended point.	The viewer is confused as to what the message is. The concept is lost among bad planning and worse execution.
