Holiday stress getting to you? Calm your mind and exercise your body in 2008 with one of our Pilates or Tai Chi Chuan classes.

PILATES

Pilates is the ultimate mind-body exercise. The exercises work for all ages and fitness levels; it is a fantastic foundation for any exercise program. Pilates’ benefits include: improved posture; increased flexibility and joint mobility; development of core stability and strength; reduced stress; heightened relaxation; and increased self confidence and mind-body awareness. Pilates strengthens the body while focusing awareness on core muscles, which in turn influences and promotes the body’s natural harmony. It is a great way to create a healthy mind, body and spirit. Bring an exercise mat and an optional mini ball.
