This is our last quarter of David Gabbe's vegan cooking classes as he has decided to teach closer to his home in Portland, OR. Join us March 10th for a full day of tasty vegetarian dishes. The morning class (11:00a-1:30p) features cooking with Bean and Grains and the afternoon class (2:00p-4:30p) is Cooking with Greens. Each class is $45. Come hungry.

More flower arranging ideas, tips and techniques from floral artist Marilee Johnson. This class focuses on holidays, special events and occasions where beautiful flowers make the setting perfect! Our Teachers are Our Program...
Chris Cozine is teaching a new series of intermediate painting classes for those who want to focus on a particular subject, Trees, Water, Structures, Flowers or technique such as impressionism. Chris Cozine, a Puyallup Valley native, began painting at age four on her bedroom walls and on the garage. She studied painting at both Pierce and Green River Colleges and worked privately with several well-known artist. She paints her world in several mediums including oil, acrylics and watercolor and has also has done several commercial projects including custom murals and borders. Chris is comfortable creating traditional landscapes and still life works, impressionistic paintings and modern and abstract pieces.
We are proud to have teachers like Chris, who are experts in their field as well as talented artists and technicians. Check out more teacher bios and see samples of their work.
Are you an "expert" in your field? Do you have experience teaching adults in a community college, parks and recreation or other adult learning venue? We are looking for NEW class ideas and teachers for a wide range of classses (not computers as we are fully staffed at this time) for Spring and Summer Quarters 2012. Some specific areas we are looking for include: Cooking, Cupcake Decorating, Chocolates, Drawing and Painting (Lakewood Campus Only), Stained Glass and more. Get involved in community education.
