Bob Corl is a nationally published real estate author, a licensed broker and a registered appraiser trainee in Washington state. He began his 25 year career in residential sales and obtained his brokers license in 1987. As a state-approved real estate director in Pennsylvania and Delaware, and past education director for the Washington Association of Realtors, he has taught a wide range of real estate courses and has written several related training manuals including Mastering the Magic of the HP12C Calculator used in the field. Bob holds a bachelor of arts degree in music education and a master of arts degree in music performance/opera both fromTemple University, Philadelphia. When Bob is not teaching real estate classes, you can find him in local musical and opera performances in the Olympia area with Opera Pacifica.
