Kerrie Ellsworth, Nature Photography

Kerrie Ellsworth has been a photographer for the past five years and has taught for Continuing Education for the last two. She grew up in Utah and learned early to love and appreciate the beauty of nature and the wilderness. An outdoor enthusiast, she has climbed Mt. Baker and Mt. Adams, made two summit attempts at Mt. Rainier, and is a certified Remote Wilderness First Aid provider.

Photography is now her passion and allows her to express what she sees and  feels.  She divides her time with her two kids, hiking, teaching, managing her on-line web site, and photographing her favorite places. She currently owns a small business that focuses on photographing real-estate properties. A member of the National Photographic Society of American, her work has been sold and been displayed thoughout the U.S.

Kerrie hopes her classes help students rekindle there sense of wonderment towards the natural world and observe their surroundings in a way that makes taking outdoor photos come naturally. Click on an image below to see a sample of this instructor's work.
