Along with his duties as as tenured Associate Professor and program coordinator in the Pierce College business department at Ft. Steilacoom, Dr. Gerhardt is an instructor for the customized training and Business & Industry program through Continuing Education. He inspires his students in the areas of leadership development and diversity in the workplace.
