This course will increase your proficiency in various aspects of restorative dentistry. Because students are either licensed dental hygienists or dental hygiene graduates, this condensed course is designed to review prior knowledge and build your clinical restorative skills.
Course materials and assignments are provided via the Angel online course management system.
You will receive approximately 80 hours of clinical experience and 10 hours of lecture.
Required pre-study via Angel requires no less than 10 hours of independent study.
Course evaluation/assessment will be done through written pre-tests and post-tests, lab feedback and proficiencies, and Mock Board testing. This is an intense, concentrated course.

ALL students must furnish their own appropriate lab coat and safety glasses based on OSHA guidelines for Personal Protective Equipment. You must have a lab coat that is appropriate for patient care.
Pierce College issues refunds by check regardless of original payment type. Refunds of course fees will be given as follows:
