The test is located inside a zipped folder. For the program to run properly, you must save and unzip the LifeScan folder to your computer.
Follow these steps to do so:
Windows
NOTE: you should now have 2 folders named LifeScan on your desktop (one with a zipper icon, one without)
NOTE: the only file you will use is the SureStepFlexx, but you must keep the other files there for the program to run.
NOTE: the SureStepFlexx.
Troubleshooting: If your program is running and you come to a blank screen, that means you are still working from the zipped folder. Make sure that you have taken the LifeScan folder out of the zipped LifeScan folder.
Clean-up: After you are sure you have the unzipped version on your desktop, you may delete the zipped folder and its contents. They are no longer needed.
