Edmonds Community College
Earn a two-year Associate of Applied Science-T (transfer) Degree in Emergency Management and Business Continuity or complete an Emergency Management certificate in as few as six quarters (18 months). The program provides education and training for those currently in the field, those who are responsible for business continuity, and volunteers who assist during emergency situations. Edmonds Community College's Emergency Management program is recognized by FEMA's Emergency Management Institute.

Portland Community College
PCC is the first community college in the state of Oregon to offer a comprehensive, classroom based Associate of Applied Science degree in Emergency Management. Offering an Associate of Applied Science Degree and a One Year Certificate.
