Pierce College makes available to its students both unofficial and official transcripts. Unofficial transcripts are great for your personal records. Official transcripts are often required by other colleges or universities, or employers.
For GED transcripts, visit the GED program website.
Transcripts cannot be provided until a student's financial obligations to the college have been met. This includes payment of library and parking fines.
If you attended Pierce College anytime since 1986, you can view and print your unofficial transcripts through MyPierce link from any computer with internet access or at the kiosks at any Pierce College campus. To access, you must know your student ID number and PIN.
If you attended Pierce (or Fort Steilacoom Community College) prior to 1986 or are unable to access MyPierce, you must follow the procedures for an official transcript.
Students can order official transcripts two ways, either online or by written request.
Quickly and easily order your transcript online through the Pierce College partnership with Parchment Exchange. There is a fee of $2.25 for each order placed. You can request to have your transcript sent electronically, by postal mail or via FedEx overnight. If you request delivery by mail or overnight shipping, additional fees will apply.
Transcript orders are approved by college staff Monday-Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
You are emailed a Parchment confirmation when your order is complete. Check your order details via your Parchment account.
Written request forms for official transcripts must be signed and submitted to the Records office in person, by mail, or by fax (not by phone or by email). Please allow two weeks for processing and mailing.
For Official Transcripts to pickup or for Official Transcripts mailed directly to the student, there is a $5 non-refundable fee per official transcript. The fee must be paid before the transcript is prepared. See payment information below. There is no fee for transcripts sent directly to other institutions or agencies.
