Veteran and Military Students

Pierce College is honored to serve military veterans and their families by providing quality educational opportunities for a diverse community of learners to thrive in an evolving world. We pledge to serve veterans and their families by providing services that will enable them to make informed decisions about educational and life goals.

Pierce College District has two main campuses in Lakewood and Puyallup, education centers at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and a virtual eLearning program.

Veterans Education Benefits Office

The Veterans Services Offices at Pierce College Fort Steilacoom and Puyallup act as liaisons between the College and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Our certifying officials will assist veteran students by verifying their paperwork and submitting it to VA.

Veterans Resource Center

The Veterans Resource Center acts as liaison between students and the Veterans Benefits Office by providing information about additional resources. The center also provides assistance with obtaining information about community resources for current and transition students.
