This document represents the decisions made for budget planning purposes in the past winter term and then adjusted as the year progressed. Each entry identifies the course and the associated instructor with an indication of which terms it will be taught (and if another department is paying or it is part of a FT instructor's load).

If you are considering adding to this master plan by teaching a course not now on the list, review the procedures using the "Development Proposal" menu.
If you find the need to adjust the plan, for example: by reassigning instructors, moving a course to a different quarter, offering an additional section of one of the listed courses, changing meeting times for a planned hybrid course, or funding from a different source, please use the Course Adjustment Alert-sheet to make sure all parties are informed.
Instructors teaching a course in the annual plan shown as included as part of their Full-time load must submit the Application To Teach Online as Part of Load form as soon as plans are identified. Downloadable instructions are available along with the form. (both require Intranet login). Approval by the associated VP of Instruction is required.
