Evaluate your OFPE workshop(s)
Thank you for taking our Distance Learning workshop(s).
We want you to have the same opportunity to evaluate your instructor(s)/workshops(s) that students in a regular classroom have. Please help us improve by using the evaluation form for your OFPE workshop.
Our online workshops will use a survey in the online classroom. Look for the menu button “Workshop Eval.” Be sure to fully submit the survey after responding to all questions. Certificates of completion will be distributed electronically from the classroom after the evaluation and “exit exams” are submitted.
