Workforce
If you're unemployed, laid off, or seeking to re-enter the workforce in a new career, Pierce College's workforce programs can help find the professional/technical certificate or degree program that works for you and your family.
Military
Pierce College operates education centers at Fort Lewis and McChord Air Force Base. These sites make earning an associate or transfer degree, or professional/technical degree or certificate, convenient for active and retired military personnel, their families, and the local community.
eLearning
Using technology, eLearning allows you the freedom, control, and flexibility to earn a degree or certificate on your schedule. We bring the classroom to you and give you the freedom to take charge of your education.
Professional Technical
Pierce College's professional/technical degrees and certificates are designed to provide students with the technical and related skills needed for successful employment. The degrees and certificates emphasize practical, work-related skills that translate to effectiveness and expertise in the workplace.
International
If you are a student living outside the United States, consider attending Pierce College through the International Education program. This program offers intensive English courses, associate degree and professional/technical training, and high school completion opportunities.
Continuing Education

DSHS Programs
Working with the state Department of Social and Health Services, Pierce College offers a foster parent education program, specialized education programs at Western State Hospital and the Special Commitment Center, and a program for students with developmental disabilities at Rainier School.
