Located in the beautiful foothills of the Cascades in Buckley, Washington, the Developmental Disabilities Program offers classes that focus on skills and information needed to provide support to people with developmental disabilities, leading to a technical degree.

- Courses offered to meet requirements for the state position of Adult Training Specialist 2 and 3
- DD 110 - Working with People with Developmental Disabilities: a 3-credit introductory course offered to employees at Rainier School, and open to the community, located at Rainier School in Buckley
- Evening classes at Puyallup High School
