International Education - Tuition and Fees

2013-2014 Academic Year

All costs are listed in U.S. dollars.

Tuition is set by the Washington State Board of Community and Technical Colleges and is subject to change.

  • For 2013-2014, to study in our college-level classes or the high school completion program, tuition is US$3164 (based on 15 credits) per quarter (3 months), or US$9492 for one academic year (9 months). These fees are effective starting with the quarter that begins September 2013.
  • For 2013-2014, tuition for the Intensive English Program (ESL) is US$2,750 per quarter (approximately 3 months), US$5,500 for two quarters (6 months), and US$8,250 for one academic year (9 months). These fees are effective starting with the quarter that begins September 2013.

* Academic tuition and fees based are based on 15 credits at the Lakewood campus. Pierce College Puyallup tuition and fees are US$3,192 (15 credits) per quarter.

** This fee can be waived if you provide proof, in English, of adequate coverage (minimum of US$100,000 per illness or injury) from Marsh Insurance, AIU, or AIG.

*** Homestay includes a private, furnished room and 3 meals per day.  Students may also choose to live in rented apartments or single rooms near the college. We do not have dormitories or on-campus housing.
