Principles, methods and procedures in human
resource management including job analysis, description and
classification, employee morale and motivation, labor turnover,
selection and placement, rating and promotion, and compensation
in conjunction with current government regulations.

Explores current human resource issues
including local, state, and federal labor laws; effective
recruitment and selection techniques using behaviorally-anchored
structured interview format; training and development strategies
using competency-based individual development plans; 360
–degree performance review; and how to write employee policy
