Pierce College Music

Next Fall, 2010, the Pierce College Music Department will finally have it’s own performing arts center (PAC)—YEAH!—and a new music building on the Puyallup campus. New to the Puyallup campus, there will be a piano, theory, and midi lab, a large rehearsal space for the choirs, bands, and orchestra, multiple practice rooms for individual student work, small rehearsal areas, new lecture room facilities, and faculty offices. The FS campus will continue to offer first year theory, piano, lecture and various performance groups. The second year theory program will move to the Puyallup campus. We are excited about the possibilities of our new PAC in show casing our own performance groups, as well as providing performance opportunities for the surrounding community.
