Student Online Services

Services requiring a Student ID (SID) and Inquiry or Registration Access Code are available seven days a week, 6 a.m. - 11 p.m. Other services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. PIN services are open.

When you start at Pierce College, you are assigned a default inquiry PIN number: your birth date in the form mmddyy. For security reasons, you should change your inquiry PIN to another four- to six-digit number.

Only authorized users may access services which require an SID and PIN. By logging into these services, you are certifying that the SID and PIN belong to you. Logging in with someone else's information constitutes improper use of this system and is a violation of state and federal law.

Matrix - Searchable Courses by Discipline and Time This tool allows students to search for a course by time of day, within Location and/or Discipline. This helps in finding a course to fit a specific time, when planning a class schedule for the Quarter. OCA - Online Catalog This site allows Pierce College students to access program information, course information (including course content and course abilities), and the current syllabi for most courses. A PDF of the 2007-2008 College Catalog (10 mb) is also available. The PDF is the official version of the college catalog. Also see the general requirements for Associate degrees QCAT -Quarterly Course Schedule This is a course search tool that you can use to see which campuses have the classes that you need, and if there is space available in those classes. The QCAT is an online Quarterly Course Schedule you can use to search the current quarter for specific class offerings or to check class availability at a specific Pierce College District campus or education center. You can search for classes by a number of characteristics, including: campus, day, class start time, instructor, number of credits, etc. Once you find a class, you can get more detailed information, including the current number of Seats Available, by clicking on the Item Number button at the far left.
