About Amy Foster
Howdy. I’ll make this quick. I am a graphic designer in the Pierce College Marketing and Communications Department. I graduated with a digital design degree from Pierce in 2003 and started out as a College Relations graphic intern working part time. In 2007, I left Pierce to become the Online Advertising Designer at The News Tribune. After a little more than a year with the TNT, a full time graphics opportunity became available at Pierce and I came back.
Outside of Pierce I show my 2000 appaloosa gelding Justin and am a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. My husband James is also a Pierce Digital Design Alumni and owns Foster Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Aside from the horse we have 3 cats (Penny, Bella and Logan), 2 hamsters (Leonidas and Picalena) and a Betta fish (Anderson Silva).
