Welcome to my Math 121 class. We will cover families of functions, their properties, graphs and applications. Functions include: polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic functions and combinations of these. We will solve related equations and inequalities, perform data analysis, introductory mathematical modeling, and develop competency with a graphing calculator.
Prerequisites: Satisfactory placement test score or MATH 98 with at least a grade of 2.0 or instructor permission.
