Campus Safety - Incident Reporting

Incidents on campus that may constitute a crime, student code of conduct violation, physical injury or an emergency should be reported immediately by any student, instructor, employee or visitor to Campus Safety by dialing:

Upon receipt of a call, Campus Safety will respond immediately and provide whatever assistance is possible. Emergency assistance from law enforcement, fire or medical aid can be obtained by calling 911 from any pay telephone or 9-911 from any campus telephone.

Crimes reportable under the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act shall be made known to the campus community by the student newspapers, and this web site.

Report Forms

  • Incident - Used to report confrontations, thefts, vehicle collisions, etc..
  • Accident - Used to report personal injuries.

Emergency Call Boxes are located throughout the college campuses and are connected directly to Campus Safety.

Daily Crime Logs

The daily crime/incident report logs can be viewed at the Campus Safety Offices at each of the colleges.

Timely Warning and Emergency Notification Procedure

In the event a situation arises, either on or adjacent to campus, that, in the judgment of the Director of Safety & Security or an Executive Team Member, constitutes an ongoing or continuing threat, a campus wide "Campus Safety Alert" will be issued. The notification will be issued through the college e-mail system to students, faculty, and staff. Depending on the circumstances of the incident, Campus Safety may also post notices on campus bulletin boards and on the college web site at: http://www.pierce.ctc.edu. Anyone with information warranting a Campus Safety Alert should immediately report the circumstances to Campus Safety, by phone or in person.
