Planned Parenthood Pierce County area is a sliding scale reproductive health clinic for men and women. There are clinics in Mount Vernon, Bellingham and Oak Harbor. Planned Parenthood manages the Take Charge Health program, which provides FREE reproductive health care to eligible men and women from age 14. Most students qualify because parental income is not included in eligibility calculations.
