Introduction to Physical Geology

 

Catalog Description:

A study of minerals, rocks, and the dynamic processes that shape the EarthÕs surface over time, such as EarthÕs tectonics, volcanism, earthquakes, landslides, streams, and coastlines. Some special topics such as resources or climate change may be included. Appropriate for non-science and science majors. Field trip required. Lab included. Taught FWSp quarters.
