Julie - excellent example, moving from Piaget. Incredibly detailed status report. More importantly, she shows movement from Piaget to Vygotsky -- as we look at Piaget's tests of conservation more carefully, we see how Vygotsky is necessary. Kids don't just know it or not, it's about how much help they need to understand something.
