Main Question: How is language different than communication?

Break language into pieces: Grammar, vocabulary, sound discrimination, word-like sounds, etc.
How is the same type of grammar is expressed in different languages?

Question to support that:

How is language innate? How is it learned?
How do different phenomena/results support innate/learned idea?  e.g. sound discrimination
What are the stages of langauge development?  
Bi-lingual development - the power of the context in which language develops
How is language related to identity?
