Example Questions

4. Describe one situation where you were learning (school, job, working the garage, putting together a quilt) and got frustrated or irritated while you were trying to learn. Based on the learning style inventory in class, what kind of information were you looking for (which type)? What kind was presented (which type)? Also, for the same situation, describe the difficult time in the learning and analyze it by Lazarus's 2 step model of stress (primary and secondary appraisal) , how could you tell it was a challenge, and did you have the resources to handle it?

2. Choose one thing to be taught and 4 activities to teach it, one from each style. Be sure to explain how the activity relates to the style. 5. Describe one project or thing you learned in your life (or of your friend or family) and tell which style you began the project with. Also describe one difficult time in the project and analyze it by Lazarus's 2 step model of stress , how could you tell it was a challenge, and did you have the resources to handle it?
