Strategic Direction Four

Pierce College will diversify and increase resources to provide quality programs and services, facilities, technology, and human resources to support its community of learners.

4.1 Broaden our financial base through expansion of grants, contracts, gifts, endowments and other non-traditional sources, as well as state-funding streams.

4.2. Implement a Master Plan to provide safe, flexible, accessible facilities.

4.3. Acquire and maintain technology that supports institutional priorities both in and outside of the classroom.

4.4. Recruit, hire, promote, and retain a diverse work force to achieve institutional priorities.

4.5. Increase the college's offerings and programs to meet the needs of business, industry, labor, military, and local and international communities its serves.
