What is an Internship?
An internship is the opportunity for professional–technical and transfer students to gain work experience in their career path and earn college credits. The goal of an internship is to allow the student to develop employable skills that will allow them to benefit their employer from the moment they start the job.

for Students
How do I get an internship?
If you are working towards a Transfer Degree – Check with the faculty advisor or Divison Chair for the major in which you are either enrolled or interested.
Professional Technical programs site
If you are enrolled in a Professional/Technical program you are required to complete a work-based learning experience course designed for your specific program. Check with your Professional/Technical program division chair for referrals to secure an internship in your major. Another useful source will be the internship coordinator.
